3 lbs red potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
salt
vegetable oil, to coat pan
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup unseasoned dry breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Place the potatoes in a large saucepan with water to cover by 1 inch. Add a generous pinch of salt and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender. Potatoes cook quickly. Test often for tenderness and don't overcook them. Alternatively, cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes, releasing the pressure immediately to prevent overcooking. 1/4 Cup Jack Daniels® Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Package Ore-Ida® Steam n' Mash Cut Russet Potatoes
2/3 Cup Canned Evaporated Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Cooked Bacon Crumbles
1/4 Cup Canned Crispy Fried Onions
2/3 Cup Shredded Mexican-style Cheese Blend

Steps:
