2 grouper fillets
1 1/4 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 T flour
2 T water
1 T butter
1 T lemon juice
2 T parsley, minced
2-3 T capers

4 (6oz) Grouper fillets
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
1/4 Cup gluten-free all purpose flour
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 Cup white wine
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp capers
3 Tbsp chopped parsley
