1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 1/2 cups Progresso™ beef-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 cup sour cream
6 cups cooked egg noodles
Chopped Italian (flat-leaf) parsley, if desired

HAMBURGER HELPER BEEF STROGANOFF

Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff image

I found this online when I was looking for a "lazy" day recipe for when I wanted to make beff stroganoff without all the work. This is pretty simple but it still has that comfort food stroganoff taste. The family likes it too. You could use any pasta you like but the bow tie pasta goes well with it.
