¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
½ pinch garlic salt
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten
