4 cans (15-3/4 ounces each) pork and beans
2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
2 envelopes onion soup mix
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ground mustard
1/4 cup molasses
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through. Transfer to 2 greased 2-qt. baking dishes. Cover and freeze 1 dish for up to 3 months., Cover and bake the second dish at 400° for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until bubbly, 10-15 minutes longer., To use frozen casserole: Thaw in the refrigerator. Cover and bake at 400° for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake until bubbly, 15-20 minutes longer.

1 can pork and beans (30 oz)
1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion -- diced
1 can crushed pineapple (large)
1 cup brown sugar -- (to 1 1/2)
2 tablespoons mustard -- (to 3 Tbs)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup

Steps:

  • Brown and drain meat and onions. Drain pineapple juice and combine with mustard, worcestershire, brown sugar, ketchup in skillet. Boil until thick. Mix beans, meat and onions, pineapple and sauce together in large pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 1/2 batch will fit into a 9x13 baking dish. NOTE: drain all or some of the liquid from the beans depending on how thick you want the end product to be. If you do not drain at all they will be rather soupy.

1 lb bacon chopped
1 large vidalia onion chopped
1 c dark brown sugar
1 c sugar
1 bottle ketchup (36 oz.)
1 bottle of barbecue sauce (Jack Daniel's smokehouse 12oz.size)
4 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 c dark molasses
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp pepper
1 large can kidney beans (2lb.9oz)
1 large can pork and beans (2lb.9oz)
1 large can butter beans (2lb.9oz)
1 large can great northern beans (2lb.9oz.)

Steps:

  • 1. Cut up bacon and brown; save drippings. Add onion and brown. Add ground beef and brown.
  • 2. Mix all together and make sure the ground beef is separated and thoroughly through all the ingredients.
  • 3. Add all of the other ingredients (minus the beans) and mix.
  • 4. Open all beans, remove liquid from beans and mix the above ingredients gently through the beans thoroughly.
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
  • 6. Let settle at least 1 hour before serving so flavors meld together. This recipe freezes well in any amount.

1 lb ground sirloin
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (28 ounce) can baked beans (I prefer Bushes brand)
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, drained
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 -2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Chop up the bacon into bite size pieces.
  • Place a small amount of olive oil in a 12 inch skillet and cook bacon over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Remove bacon with slotted spoon.
  • Add ground sirloin, onion and garlic to bacon drippings and brown until meat is cooked and onion is transparent.
  • Drain meat.
