1 cup fresh parsley leaves and stems

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the fish all over with the tomato bouillon, pepper and garlic. Stuff the fish cavities with the lemon slices, tomato slices and herbs. Add the fish to the grill and cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a platter and serve.

2 lemons, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/4 bunch fresh oregano sprigs, plus 2 tablespoons chopped oregano leaves
Greek olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
1 tablespoons sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup chopped and pitted kalamata olives
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
