Tips:

  • Choose ripe, firm tomatoes and avocados for the best flavor.
  • Use a high-quality balsamic vinegar for the dressing. A good balsamic vinegar will have a rich, complex flavor.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the vegetables in a grill pan or on a stovetop grill.
  • Be careful not to overcook the vegetables. They should be slightly charred but still have a bit of crunch.
  • Serve the salad immediately while the vegetables are still warm.

Conclusion:

Grilled wedge salad is a delicious and healthy summer dish. It's perfect for a light lunch or dinner, and it's also a great way to use up leftover vegetables. The smoky flavor of the grilled vegetables pairs perfectly with the tangy dressing, and the creamy avocado and crumbled cheese add a richness and depth of flavor.
