Steps:
- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Cut 4 (18x12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil; spray center of each with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix ground beef, seasoned salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
- In center of each sheet of foil, place 1 cup potatoes, 1/4 of the vegetables and cheese sauce chips, and 1 beef patty. Wrap each packet securely using double-fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.
- Place packets, sealed side down, on grill; cover grill. Cook with medium heat 10 minutes. Turn packets over; cook covered 15 to 18 minutes longer or until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F and vegetables are tender.
- To serve, carefully open packets to allow steam to escape. Stir to mix in cheese sauce.

Tips:
- Choose firm vegetables: Soft vegetables like tomatoes or zucchini will turn mushy when grilled. Instead, opt for firmer vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or carrots.
- Slice vegetables evenly: This will help them cook evenly. If the vegetables are different sizes, the smaller ones will overcook before the larger ones are done.
- Marinate the vegetables: Marinating the vegetables in olive oil, herbs, and spices will add flavor and help them stay moist during grilling.
- Grill the vegetables over medium-high heat: This will help them get nice grill marks and prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Flip the vegetables often: This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from burning.
- Use a grill basket: A grill basket makes it easy to flip the vegetables all at once and prevents them from falling through the grates.
- Serve the vegetables immediately: Grilled vegetables are best served hot off the grill. You can serve them on their own, as a side dish, or on top of burgers or salads.
Conclusion:
Grilled veggie burger foil packs are a delicious and easy way to enjoy grilled vegetables. They are perfect for a summer cookout or a weeknight meal. Simply prep the vegetables and burger patties ahead of time, then assemble the foil packs and grill them until the vegetables are tender and the burgers are cooked through. You can also add other ingredients to the foil packs, such as cheese, bacon, or avocado. Grilled veggie burger foil packs are a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables and they are also a healthier alternative to traditional burgers.
