Tips:

  • Choose fresh, high-quality salmon: Look for salmon that is firm to the touch and has a bright, vibrant color. Avoid salmon that is slimy or has an off smell.
  • Marinate the salmon before grilling: Marinating the salmon in a mixture of olive oil, herbs, and spices will help to infuse it with flavor and keep it moist during grilling.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat: This will help to sear the salmon and prevent it from sticking to the grates.
  • Grill the salmon for 8-10 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through: The salmon is cooked through when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve the salmon immediately with your favorite sides: Grilled Tuscan salmon pairs well with roasted vegetables, grilled potatoes, or a simple salad.
