4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 medium ripe bananas
Oil, for grill pan
1 pint vanilla ice cream
