Tips:

  • Choose the right steak: Select a steak that is at least 1 inch thick for grilling. Look for steaks with good marbling, as this will help keep them juicy and flavorful.
  • Marinate the steak: Marinating the steak in a flavorful marinade for at least 30 minutes helps tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
  • Cook the steak over high heat: This will help to create a nice crust on the outside of the steak while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
  • Let the steak rest before slicing: Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the tacos will be.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the onions, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
