Tips:

  • Choose the freshest salmon you can find. Fresh salmon will have a mild, slightly briny flavor and a firm, meaty texture. Avoid salmon that is slimy or has a strong fishy smell.
  • Cook the salmon to medium-rare. This will help to keep the salmon moist and flavorful. Overcooked salmon will be dry and tough.
  • Make sure the grill is hot before you cook the salmon. This will help to prevent the salmon from sticking to the grates.
  • Brush the salmon with olive oil before grilling. This will help to keep the salmon from drying out.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through. The salmon is cooked through when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve the grilled salmon with Caesar salad. Caesar salad is a classic side dish for grilled salmon. It is made with romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
