1/3 cup lime juice
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), seeded, chopped
2 teaspoons adobo sauce (from can of chiles)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 1/2 lb)
1 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh raspberries, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, mix preserves, lime juice, chiles and adobo sauce. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are melted. Stir in chopped cilantro; set aside. Sprinkle chicken with garlic-pepper blend, cumin and salt.

4 boneless chicen breast
1 c raspberries chipotle sauce
1 bag of (10 ounce) ready to eat mix salad green
1 pt ( 2 cups) pint fresh respberries
1/4 c butter toffee glaze-flavored sliced amonds
2 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
3 Tbsp orange juice, fresh or bottle

Steps:

  • 1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Brush both sides of chicken with about 1/4 cup of the raspberry chipotle sauce.

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
6 oz raspberry
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mesquite liquid smoke
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced, for garnish

2 -3 chicken breasts
1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
4 cups lettuce (torn)
1 cup cucumber (sliced)
1/2 cup mandarin orange (drained)
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
