1/4 teaspoon salt

3 * 6-8 0Z FILLETS orange roughy

Steps:

  • SAUTE OIL OVER HIGH HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC. SAUTE UNTIL SOFT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. SAUTE 5 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL. STORE IN CONTAINER AND REFRIGERATE.
