Steps:

  • Mix 1/2 cup yellow mustard, 1/4 cup each finely chopped dill pickles and white onions, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ground beef. The better the quality of the beef, the better the burgers will be. Look for ground beef that is at least 80% lean.
  • Don't overwork the meat. When mixing the ingredients for the burgers, be gentle and don't overwork the meat. This will make the burgers tough.
  • Use fresh herbs. Fresh herbs add a lot of flavor to the burgers. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use only half the amount.
  • Don't press down on the burgers while they are cooking. This will make the burgers dry and dense. Instead, just let them cook undisturbed.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness. The burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 165 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 170 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.

Conclusion:

Grilled Mustard-Dill Burgers are a delicious and easy-to-make summer meal. They are perfect for a cookout or a casual dinner. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the mustard-dill sauce adds a tangy kick. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. These burgers are also a great way to use up leftover ground beef. If you have some ground beef in the freezer, thaw it out and make a batch of these burgers. You won't be disappointed!
