Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 slice bread - be creative i just used plain sandwich bread
2 slice cheese - you can be creative here too - i've even used pimento cheese spread and meatloaf
1 slice cold meatloaf, thinly sliced
sandwich pal horsey sauce
butter, softened or margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Spread one slice of bread with horsey sauce. Top with 1 slice cheese, then meatloaf, then cheese again, then second slice of bread. Butter outside of sandwich.
  • 2. In skillet on medium heat grill both sides evenly until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Tips:

  • Choose the right meatloaf recipe: You can use your favorite meatloaf recipe or one of the many available online. Just be sure that the recipe uses ground beef, pork, or veal, as these meats hold together well on the grill.
  • Form the meatloaf into a loaf shape: Once you have mixed the meatloaf ingredients together, form the mixture into a loaf shape. You can use a loaf pan to help you achieve the desired shape.
  • Grill the meatloaf over medium heat: Preheat your grill to medium heat and then place the meatloaf on the grill. Cook the meatloaf for about 1 hour, or until it is cooked through. Be sure to turn the meatloaf every 15 minutes or so to ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Let the meatloaf rest before slicing: Once the meatloaf is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This will help the meatloaf retain its juices.
  • Serve the meatloaf sandwich with your favorite toppings: You can serve the grilled meatloaf sandwich with a variety of toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. You can also add a drizzle of barbecue sauce or ketchup for extra flavor.

Conclusion:
