1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 catfish fillets (about 5 ounces each)

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lemon juice, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add the fish; seal bag and turn to coat. 4 eggs
6 (6 ounce) fillets catfish
¼ cup margarine

  • Combine flour, cornmeal and lemon pepper spice; set aside. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs.

6 catfish filets
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c butter, unsalted, softened
1 clove garlic,crushed
2 Tbsp lemon pepper
LEMON-PARSLEY RELISH
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c dried parsley flakes
1/2 c onion,finely chopped

  • 1. Prepare the relish first and set it aside while you prepare the fish. Combine all relish ingredients in a small bowl and stir occasionally. Prepare the grill. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Combine lemon juice, butter and garlic in a bowl; mix well. Coat both sides of filets lightly with some of the butter mixture; sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  • 2. Place fish in a greased grill basket, tucking under any thin edges. Or, grill fish directly on the greased rack of the grill.
