2 zucchinis, cut into thick rounds
salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 medium zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian spices
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 (16 ounce) can Italian-style tomatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • Cut zucchini lenghtwise.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle seasonings.

3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
3 ounces shredded Pepper Jack cheese
