1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
12 garlic cloves, minced

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon-pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 12 ounces total)

Steps:

  • In a ziploc, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, lemon-pepper seasoning, ginger, and garlic powder; Set aside.
  • Place each chicken breast half between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
  • Working from center to the edges, pound lightly with the flat side of a meat mallet to an even thickness.

1/4 cup dry sherry
1 green onion, chopped
