2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for grill
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied

6 Chicken Breast or leg/thigh
