Tips:

  • Select the right fish: Choose a firm-fleshed fish that will hold up well on the grill, such as salmon, trout, or swordfish.
  • Marinate the fish: Marinating the fish before grilling helps to infuse it with flavor and keep it moist. Use a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and spices.
  • Preheat the grill: Make sure the grill is hot before adding the fish. This will help to prevent the fish from sticking and ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Grill the fish over medium heat: Medium heat is best for grilling fish. This will help to prevent the fish from overcooking and becoming dry.
  • Cook the fish until it is opaque: The fish is cooked when it is opaque throughout. You can check this by inserting a fork into the thickest part of the fish. If the fork comes out clean, the fish is cooked.
  • Serve the fish with bruschetta: Bruschetta is a classic Italian dish that is made with toasted bread, tomatoes, basil, and olive oil. It is a delicious and easy side dish that pairs perfectly with grilled fish.
