Grilled eggs with Vietnamese seasonings is a delightful and unique dish that combines the simplicity of grilled eggs with the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. This dish is a perfect appetizer or main course, and it can be easily prepared in just a few minutes. The eggs are marinated in a savory mixture of fish sauce, garlic, shallots, and lemongrass, then grilled until they are slightly charred and cooked through. The result is a tender and flavorful egg dish with a complex and aromatic flavor profile.
