I don't remember where I got this recipe. I love Cajun and I love chicken, so this recipe really piqued my interest. This super flavorful chicken recipe requires very little prep work. You can even add the spices to the chicken in the morning and let the chicken marinate in the fridge all day. then just come home, fire up the grill and -- voila! -- dinner is served. Prep time does not include marinating time.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in a small bowl. Rub evenly over the chicken and let stand for 30 minutes.
- 2. Cook chicken on medium-high heat on an oiled grill for 6 minutes on each side, or until done.
Tips:
- For a flavorful Cajun seasoning, use a pre-made blend or make your own with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.
- To ensure the chicken is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
- Serve the grilled Cajun chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice, roasted vegetables, or a salad.
- For a healthier option, grill the chicken breasts without the butter.
- To add a smoky flavor to the chicken, grill it over a charcoal grill instead of a gas grill.
- If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the chicken in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Conclusion:
