2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salmon:
Nonstick vegetable oil spray
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced

  • Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper, or your favorite herbs and spices, before grilling.
  • Cook the salmon steaks over medium heat for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and flaky.
