½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Choose the right pork tenderloin: Look for a tenderloin that is about 1 pound in size and has a uniform thickness. This will ensure that it cooks evenly.
  • Marinate the tenderloin: Marinating the tenderloin in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, garlic, and olive oil will help to infuse it with flavor and make it more tender.
  • Sear the tenderloin: Searing the tenderloin over high heat will create a flavorful crust and help to lock in the juices.
  • Reduce the balsamic vinegar: Reducing the balsamic vinegar will create a thick, flavorful sauce that can be drizzled over the tenderloin.
  • Serve the tenderloin with your favorite sides: Roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple green salad are all great options.
