2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
2 cups mixed berries
1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
