3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 cup ice cube

  • Rub lemon wedge around rim of a 12 oz. rocks glass. Place turbinado sugar in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of the glass in the sugar to coat; set aside.

  • Pour into prepared glass and garnish with orange slice.

Tips:

  • Use fresh lemons: Fresh lemon juice gives the Jell-O shots a brighter flavor than bottled lemon juice.
  • Don't over-mix the gelatin: Over-mixing the gelatin will make the Jell-O shots tough. Stir just until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Chill the Jell-O shots for at least 4 hours: This will give the Jell-O shots time to set properly.
  • Garnish with lemon slices or whipped cream: This will add a festive touch to the Jell-O shots.
  • Serve the Jell-O shots cold: Jell-O shots are best served cold, so make sure to chill them before serving.

Conclusion:

These Green Irish Whiskey Sour Jell-O Shots are a delicious and festive way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So gather your ingredients and get ready to enjoy these delicious Jell-O shots!
