- Roast the chilies until they are charred and blistered. This will help to bring out their flavor and make them easier to peel.
- Remove the stems and seeds from the chilies. This will help to reduce the heat of the roast.
- Use a food processor or blender to puree the chilies. You can also chop them by hand, but this will take longer.
- Add your desired seasonings to the chili puree. This could include garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, or oregano.
- Use the chili puree to make a variety of dishes, such as enchiladas, tacos, burritos, or chili con carne.
Conclusion:
Green chili roast is a delicious and versatile dish that can be used to make a variety of different dishes. It is a great way to use up leftover chilies, and it can also be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer. With its smoky flavor and spicy kick, green chili roast is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
