Tips:

1. Opt for Fresh Produce: Use fresh green beans for the best flavor and texture. Choose beans that are bright green and crisp. 2. Choose High-Quality Canned Tomatoes: If fresh tomatoes aren't available, use canned tomatoes for convenience. Select cans labeled "whole" or "diced" for a heartier texture. 3. Enhance Flavor with Herbs and Spices: Add dried or fresh herbs like basil, oregano, or thyme to elevate the flavor profile of the sauce. Garlic, onion, and black pepper are also great additions. 4. Don't Overcook the Green Beans: Green beans should retain a slight crunch, so avoid overcooking them. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the beans. 5. Serve with Your Favorite Protein: This versatile dish pairs well with various proteins like grilled chicken, baked fish, or tofu.

Conclusion:

Green beans in tomato sauce is a simple yet delicious dish that can be enjoyed as a main course or a side dish.
