Tips for Making Green Beans and Bacon in the Pressure Cooker:
- Use fresh green beans: Fresh green beans are more flavorful and have a better texture than frozen or canned beans.
- Trim the green beans: Before cooking, trim the ends of the green beans and remove any strings.
- Use good quality bacon: The type of bacon you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish. Look for thick-cut, hardwood-smoked bacon.
