Juice of 1 lemon OR 1/2 orange
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
2 large oranges (cut into filets or segments, then diced)
1 green apple (peeled, cored and diced)
1 cup blueberries (washed and patted dry)
1 cup raspberries (washed and patted dry)
2 large bananas (peeled and sliced)
Chopped pistachios (optional)

Steps:

1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups sliced strawberries (1 pint)
1 cup raspberries (1/2 pint)
1 cup blueberries (1/2 pint)
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
1 banana, sliced
Fresh mint springs

Steps:

  • For the lemon yogurt topping, whisk together the yogurt, lemon curd, honey, and vanilla and set aside at room temperature.

fresh fruit salad, of your choice (try to use a variety of fresh, seasonal fruit, cut into little pieces)
2 tablespoons honey (regular honey can be used, but Greek Thyme Honey is awesome)
4 tablespoons toasted walnut pieces
cinnamon

  • In a parfait or sundae glass, layer some fruit salad, top with 1/2 of the yoghurt per serving, and layer more fruit on top. Drizzle with 1 tblsp honey per serving (or to taste), sprinkle with 2 tblsps of walnut pieces per serving and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
