Tips for a Refreshing Greek Salad:

- Choose ripe, flavorful vegetables: Use vine-ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and sweet onions. - Cut vegetables evenly: This ensures even cooking and a consistent bite. - Use fresh herbs: Oregano, thyme, and basil add a burst of flavor to the salad. - Don't skimp on the feta cheese: Feta adds a salty, tangy flavor that complements the other ingredients. - Use a good quality olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil is the best choice for both flavor and health benefits. - Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar to taste.
