DANG GOOD PIE
The name is right ... this pineapple coconut pie is dang good! It reminds us of a creamy pina colada. In each bite, you taste little bits of coconut and pineapple. It's super easy to make too. Just delightful!

Steps:
- 1. Bake prepared pie crust at 350 for 10 minutes.
- 2. Mix eggs in small bowl. Then melt butter. Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Do not drain the pineapple.
- 3. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until the center is set.
Tips:
- Use a quality pie crust. A homemade pie crust is always best, but if you're short on time, a store-bought pie crust will work just fine.
- Don't overfill the pie crust. Leave about 1/2 inch of space around the edges of the pie crust so that the filling doesn't bubble over.
- Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. The baking time will vary depending on the type of pie you're making, so be sure to check the recipe for specific instructions.
- Let the pie cool before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the flavors to meld together.
Conclusion:
Great Aunt Lola's Dang Good Pie is a classic recipe that is sure to please everyone at your table. With its flaky crust and delicious filling, this pie is perfect for any occasion. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy dessert, give Great Aunt Lola's Dang Good Pie a try.
