Tips:
- For the best flavor, use ripe, juicy grapes. Concord, Pinot Noir, and Thompson Seedless grapes are all good choices.
- If you don't have sour cream, you can use plain yogurt or buttermilk instead.
- Be sure to mix the wet and dry ingredients separately before combining them. This will help to ensure that the muffins are light and fluffy.
- Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full. If you fill them too full, the muffins will overflow and make a mess.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before enjoying them.
