BOURBON ICE CREAM
The brown sugar in this decadent bourbon ice cream gives a hint of caramel flavor, which complements the bourbon. When the custard is still liquid, before it goes into the ice cream maker, add more or less bourbon to suite your taste. -Peggy Woodward, Taste of Home Senior Food Editor

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter the ice cream will be.
- Freeze the bananas ahead of time. This will make them easier to blend and will help the ice cream to set up properly.
- Use a high-powered blender. This will help to create a smooth and creamy ice cream.
- Add your favorite mix-ins. You can add anything you like to your ice cream, such as chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, or peanut butter.
- Don't over-churn the ice cream. Over-churning can make the ice cream icy.
Conclusion:
Granny's ice cream is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a creamy and flavorful ice cream that will be enjoyed by people of all ages. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give Granny's ice cream a try.
