Tips:
- Use strong coffee. This will give your granita a more intense flavor. You can use espresso, cold brew, or regular coffee that has been brewed strong.
- Add sugar to taste. Granita is traditionally made with a lot of sugar, but you can adjust the amount to your liking. If you are using a sweeter coffee, you may not need to add as much sugar.
- Use a shallow dish. This will help the granita freeze more quickly and evenly.
- Stir the granita every 30 minutes or so. This will help to break up the ice crystals and create a smooth texture.
- Serve the granita immediately, or store it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Granita di caffè con panna is a delicious and refreshing Italian dessert that is perfect for a hot summer day. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple ingredients, you can enjoy this classic Italian treat in no time.
