1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/3 c water
3/4 c salsa total 6 tbs. filling & 6 tbs to serve
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 can(s) 16.3 pillsbury grands ( or store bought ) refrigerated biscuits
1/2 c shredded cheddar monterey jack , mexican cheese blends 2 oz ,
1/2 c sour cream if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees , brown ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning mix , water & 6 Tbs salsa . cook until thickening . press or roll each biscuit into 6' circle . Fill each center with taco mixture ( leaving 1/2' edge ) Spinkle with 1 Tbs. cheese . Fold dough over filling & press edges with fork to seal.
