GRANDMA'S CREAMY POTATO SALAD
My grandma makes the best potato salad, but she doesn't use a recipe! So I watched while she put together "a little of this and a little of that" and jotted a recipe that comes close. The creamy dressing also works well for making deviled eggs.

Tips:
- Use the right potatoes: Waxy potatoes, such as Yukon Gold or red potatoes, hold their shape better than starchy potatoes, such as russet potatoes, and are less likely to fall apart when tossed with the dressing.
- Cook the potatoes properly: Do not overcook the potatoes, as they will become mushy. Cook them until they are just tender when pierced with a fork.
- Cool the potatoes before adding the dressing: This will help prevent the dressing from becoming too runny.
- Use a light hand when mixing the dressing: Over-mixing the dressing can cause the potatoes to become mashed.
- Add the dressing to the potatoes just before serving: This will help keep the potatoes from becoming soggy.
- Garnish the potato salad with fresh herbs or vegetables: This will add color and flavor to the dish.
- Chill the potato salad before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and develop.
Conclusion:
Grandma's Reinvented Potato Salad is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion.
