Whenever my grandmother babysat for us as kids, this was the meal we wanted her to fix. Now my kids love it. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.

- 1. In an electric skillet of large saucepan,heat the oil and brown the ground beef with the onions and peppers until the beef is totally browned.
- 2. Add the crushed tomatoes, season generously with salt and add pepper. Cover and simmer for approx. 30-45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes so the sauce does not burn on the bottom.
- 3. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and put in large bowl. Top with sauce, mix thoroughly and serve.

- Add macaroni noodles. Cover and simmer on medium low for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir often so the noodles don't stick to the bottom of the skillet.

- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion.
- Drain.
- In large pot combine macaroni, hamburger meat, Rotel, Tomatoe sauce, corn, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut up Velveeta into cubs and add to pot.
- Cover and cook on low stirring occasionally, until Velveeta is thoroughly melted.
