1 medium zucchini, shredded (1 cup)
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package (8 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1 cup powdered sugar

Steps:
