Tips:

  • Use fresh zucchini: Fresh zucchini has a higher water content, which makes for a moist bread. If you're using older zucchini, you may need to add more liquid to the batter.
  • Grate the zucchini: Grating the zucchini helps to incorporate it evenly into the batter. You can also use a food processor to shred the zucchini.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
  • Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days: You can also freeze the bread for up to 2 months.

Grandma's Best Zucchini Bread is a moist and flavorful bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It's also a great way to use up extra zucchini. With its simple ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, this recipe is sure to become a family favorite.
