Tips:

  • To save time, use store-bought tortellini. Look for fresh or refrigerated tortellini in the pasta section of your grocery store.
  • If you have the time, making your own tortellini is a great way to personalize this salad. There are many recipes available online.
  • Use a variety of vegetables in your salad. This will add color, texture, and nutrients. Some good options include cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and cucumber.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different cheeses. Gorgonzola is a classic choice, but you could also try fontina, Parmesan, or Asiago.
  • If you don't have any prosciutto on hand, you could substitute another type of cured meat, such as salami or pepperoni.
  • Serve the salad immediately after dressing it. This will prevent the tortellini from getting soggy.

This Gorgonzola and Prosciutto Tortellini Salad is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. It's packed with flavor and sure to please everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this salad a try.
