Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients. Stale marshmallows or cereal will not produce the best results.
- Don't overcook the mixture. The Chex mix should be gooey, not hard.
- Be careful when adding the butter. If you add too much, the Chex mix will be greasy.
- Let the Chex mix cool completely before storing it. This will help it to set and become gooey.
- Store the Chex mix in an airtight container. This will help it to stay fresh for up to two weeks.
Conclusion:
Gooey Chex mix is a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover cereal and marshmallows, and it is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.
