Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
- To make sure the caramel layer is smooth, stir it constantly while cooking.
- If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the caramel by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If it forms a soft ball, it's ready.
- To make cutting the bars easier, place them in the freezer for 30 minutes before slicing.
Conclusion:
These gooey caramel chocolate bars are the perfect treat for any occasion. They're easy to make and always a hit with friends and family. So next time you're looking for a delicious and decadent dessert, give these bars a try. You won't be disappointed.
