2 cups broccoli florets
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons diced onion, divided
1 tablespoon minced garlic, divided
2 chicken sausage links (such as Aidells®), sliced
½ cup butter
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in the boiling water until they float to the top, 2 to 4 minutes. Drain.
