Tips:

  • Use ripe peaches. The riper the peaches, the sweeter and more flavorful your cobbler will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the cobbler tough.
  • Bake the cobbler until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. This will ensure that the cobbler is cooked through.
  • Let the cobbler cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the crust to firm up.
  • Serve the cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. This will add a delicious and creamy touch.

This gluten-free peach cobbler is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
