Time 15m

Yield 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup rice milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine

Steps:

  • Mix the first five ingredients in a microwave safe dish until partly blended. Put margarine on top of the mixture and microwave it for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Mix ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased 8 inch square dish. Let it chill for an hour before serving. Store the fudge in the refrigerator.

Tips:

  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can use the cold water test to check if the fudge is done. Drop a small amount of fudge into a bowl of cold water. If it forms a firm ball, the fudge is ready.
  • If the fudge is too thick, add a little bit of almond milk or water. If the fudge is too thin, cook it for a few minutes longer.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chopped nuts, dried fruit, or marshmallows.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

This gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and nut-free fudge is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that everyone can enjoy. It's perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a sweet snack. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and allergy-friendly fudge that everyone will love.
