1 egg
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
1 package (8 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
2 kiwifruit, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 cup halved or quartered fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup apple jelly

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking parchment paper; spray with cooking spray. Make cookie dough as directed on box, using egg, butter, oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla listed above. In pan, break up cookie dough; press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust.

1/2 cup apple jelly
