PEAR AND GINGER QUICK BREAD
I found the ginger in the recipe to be a bit too much so I cut it to 1/2 tsp, but have posted the recipe here as created by King Arthur Flour. This makes a nicely different quick bread than the usual apple or banana.

Tips:
- Use ripe pears: The riper the pears, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
- Grate the pears: Grating the pears will help them distribute evenly throughout the bread and will also help to release their juices.
- Use fresh ginger: Fresh ginger has a much more intense flavor than ground ginger, so it's worth taking the time to grate it yourself.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the bread is cooked all the way through.
Conclusion:
This gingered pear bread is a delicious and moist quick bread that's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. The pears and ginger give the bread a unique and flavorful taste that's sure to please everyone. If you're looking for a new quick bread recipe to try, this is the one for you!
