Tips:

  • Use fresh ginger. Fresh ginger has a more intense flavor than dried ginger, and it will give your cookies a more pronounced ginger taste.
  • Grate the ginger finely. This will help to distribute the ginger flavor evenly throughout the cookies.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough will help the cookies to hold their shape better in the oven.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set. Overbaking the cookies will make them dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

These ginger-touched oatmeal peanut butter cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They are perfect for a snack or a dessert, and they are also a great way to use up leftover oatmeal. With their chewy texture, sweet and savory flavor, and hint of ginger, these cookies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
